Celebrating Excellence in Business is an event that recognizes outstanding NLCC Chamber member organizations for the significant role they play in driving the community’s business and economic growth.

To be considered for one of these awards, the organization must be setting standards for excellence and innovation with their business practices and community involvement.

Award applicants are narrowed down to three finalists in each category. The winners will be announced at the Celebration of Excellence Fall Dinner at The Marriott on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.

Nonprofits play a fundamental role in creating thriving communities. They foster civic engagement and leadership, drive economic growth, and strengthen the fabric of our region. The Non-profit award is presented to one nonprofit organization that has demonstrated excellence in management, leadership, community impact and partnership with the business community in Northern Lancaster County.
